Delivery Info for UK

First Class Recorded
Delivery is charged at £3.45 for the first item with a further 50p for each extra item on top of that up to a maximum of £4.95. 

First class recorded parcels are normally delivered within two working days of being sent and require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery Info for Europe

International Signed For Europe
This is charged at £7.95 for the first item with a further 75p for each extra item on top of that and requires a signature upon receipt.

Delivery times can vary but most parcels sent to Europe arrive within four working days of despatch (This is not a guaranteed delivery time)

Delivery Info for rest of the World

International Signed for rest of the World
This is charged at £8.99 for the first item with a further £1 for each extra item on top of that and requires a signature upon receipt.



Important Duty and VAT for Deliveries Outside of the EU

Goods despatched to countries outside of the EU may have an import duty and/or taxes levied on them when they reach your country. Whether any charges are payable will depend on the value of the package and where you are having it delivered to. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be as customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. If there any additional charges for customs clearance, they must be borne by you.

 

General Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.

On occasion items may be lost in transit. If this occurs, please contact our customer services team by email at [email protected] or by telephone on +44 (0) 7900 66 77 55 quoting your order number and full delivery address and we will investigate with the carrier.

Once the goods have been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the goods shall pass to you. If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep good care of the goods pending their return to us.

Returning an Order for a Refund or Exchange

You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.
The item must be unused, other than is reasonably necessary to examine the item, in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its original packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.
 
Items must be returned using royal mail recorded delivery. We do not accept liability for returned goods not sent by recorded delivery.
If you would like to exchange some of the item(s) for an alternative item(s), please either email Customer Services or call on +44 (0) 7900 66 77 55 to let us know what replacement item you would like. This will then be reserved for you and sent out when we receive the items you are returning. Please note that normal delivery charge applies.  

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • You are responsible for returning the item(s) to us
  • You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty)
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding postage)

Faulty Goods

If the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
